Fundación CAI
A full suite of cloud-based tools to automate and manage all foundation tasks.
For over a year, we worked side by side to develop a centralized set of tools to improve and automate the processes and needs of Fundación CAI.
Through a fully custom intranet, the foundation can manage:
- Activity management: Admins can create events with multiple features such as multi-date, multi-location, seat availability, attendance tracking, and more.
- Space occupancy management: Fundación CAI has multiple spaces hosting countless activities, many simultaneously. We built a tool within their intranet to view availability by the hour, automating the verification process. An internal calendar allows them to manage opening days, internal needs, cancellations...
- Space request management: The foundation receives frequent space requests from many operators. We created individual profiles where they can submit requests and communicate privately and securely with the foundation.
- Training course management: Courses are a cornerstone of the foundation. Through the intranet, they can create and promote courses on the website, set registration and execution dates, and automate bonus requests, bulk applications for companies, certificate generation, automatic invoicing, attendance sheets for instructors...
- Informational screen management: Fundación CAI has multiple screens (TVs) across its facilities to promote and inform about daily activities. We developed a tool to manage what appears on each screen: daily programming, by center, by date, by classroom...
